Coaching for Parents of Neurodivergent Kids
This is the space dedicated to the parent. I help parents of neurodivergent kids navigate complicated decisions, nuanced social and family dynamics, and difficult emotions — including the moments you're not proud of, when frustration got the better of you. Grounded in lived parenting and professional coaching experience, I partner with you to untangle what you're grappling with — not because the challenges disappear, but so the weight feels lighter, the decisions feel less impossible, and you don't have to carry it alone.

Introducing Sarah – PCC and Parent to a Neurodivergent Kiddo
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over a decade of coaching experience, a corporate HR background, and my own lived reality raising a child with ADHD, I serve as a strategic sounding board for parents.
Parenting a neurodivergent child comes with an unseen, overwhelming weight — navigating school meetings and advocating for your child, rabbit holes of researching parenting strategies specific to your child's diagnosis, the judgment from other parents or extended family, and the strain of staying aligned with a co-parent or going it solo.
Coaching provides an empathetic, judgment-free space to share openly and honestly just how hard this can be. Together, we make sense of the daily chaos and lighten your mental and emotional load, helping you move past the overwhelm and approach your parenting path with perspective and focus.

Coaching isn't therapy, diagnosis, or legal/educational advocacy - it's support alongside whatever care your family already has in place.
